Refund Policy

Liability Disclaimer & Assumption of Risk 

By booking services with KB Party Essentials LLC (“Company”), the Client agrees to the following:

KB Party Essentials LLC, including its owners, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates, shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or unforeseen circumstance arising from the use of rented equipment or services provided.

Client assumes full responsibility for:

  • The safe and proper use of all rented equipment.

  • Supervising children and guests at all times.

  • Ensuring equipment is used only for its intended purpose.

  • Providing a safe, suitable, and hazard-free setup location.

Client agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless KB Party Essentials LLC, its workers, affiliates, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, legal actions, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from the use or misuse of equipment, event activities, or any related services.

Refund Policy & Deposit Policy - the basics

  • All deposits are non-refundable.

  • A deposit is required to secure your event date and equipment.

  • Once paid, deposits reserve inventory and staffing and therefore cannot be refunded for cancellations for any reason.

Remaining balances must be paid as agreed prior to or on the day of the event.

Rescheduling Policy (including weather)

We understand that unexpected circumstances happen.

  • Events may be rescheduled up to seven (7) days prior to the scheduled event date without penalty.

  • Rescheduled events are subject to equipment availability.

  • Weather-related concerns must also be addressed at least 7 days before the event to qualify for rescheduling.

  • Requests made within 7 days of the event are not eligible for rescheduling and all payments will be forfeited.

If severe weather makes setup unsafe on the day of the event (as determined solely by KB Party Essentials LLC), the Company reserves the right to cancel setup for safety reasons. In such cases, rescheduling may be offered based on availability, but refunds will not be issued.

Equipment Damage Policy

Client accepts full financial responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage to rented equipment from the time of delivery until pickup.

A minimum charge of $2,000 will be applied for:

  • Significant damage to bounce houses, soft play equipment, inflatables, screens, machines, tables, chairs, or related items.

  • Equipment returned excessively dirty, vandalized, burned, stained, torn, or otherwise unusable.

  • Missing components or accessories.

If damages exceed $2,000, Client agrees to pay the full repair or replacement cost.

The Company reserves the right to charge the payment method on file for any damage, cleaning fees, or replacement costs.

Agreement

By booking with KB Party Essentials LLC, Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Liability Policy in full.
